Jerry Lewis success? - February 29th, 2012 Sent LOR, SASE and 2 photos to Jerry Lewis. Date Sent: End of January 2012 Date Received: 2/24/12 Address Used: Jerry Lewis Jerry Lewis Films, Inc. 2820 W. Charleston Blvd. Suite D33 Las Vegas, NV 89102 Received my two photos back. No sender address, but stamped Las Vegas. Not sure what to think about the signature, it looks nothing like the other quite recent successes. Then again Mr. Lewis is starting to be quite old and his health may have taken a setback. Jerry Lewis success - September 5th, 2011 Sent (8/4): Letter and SASE Received (8/12): 8x10 photo personalized to my wife and me; and another of the same 8x10 photo personalized to me. I am new to TTM autograph collecting so I was hoping to get a non-personalized second one to possibly trade for someone I may never get. Jerry Lewis SUCCESS!!! - August 5th, 2011 On 7/27, I sent Mr Lewis a fan letter with a request for an autographed picture.
